0. Who you are buying from
Future Technologies Ltd (ФЮЧЪР ТЕХНОЛОДЖИС ЕООД), a Bulgarian limited company, company no. (EIK) 204953667, registered office ul. Docho Mihaylov 1, fl. 2, apt. 13, 7500 Silistra, Bulgaria. Email hello@500yearpage.com. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the prices on the page.
1. What this is
The 500 Year Page is a single web page of 2,000 × 2,500 pixels — five million in total. You claim a rectangle of those pixels, put your own picture in it, and optionally point it at a web address. On 31 December 2026 the page is sealed: no new pixels, no edits, no removals. We then intend to keep it online for a very long time.
2. Ways to claim a spot
Pay now by card. Where card payment is offered, you pay in US dollars on a secure page run by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see your card number. Your pixels are held while you pay, and the block is yours as soon as Stripe confirms the payment. Card payment is not available for gambling or adult (18+) blocks.
Pay now in crypto. Your pixels are held for 60 minutes while you send the exact amount shown, in the coin and on the network you chose, to the address on the payment page. Once the payment is confirmed on the chain, the block is yours. Gambling and adult (18+) blocks can be paid in crypto only.
Reserve now, pay later. A reservation holds your exact pixels and costs nothing. No money is taken and no contract of sale exists until you pay. We ask you to confirm your email address.
- Your payment link is emailed to you straight away.
- You then have 10 days to pay. If you do not, the pixels go back on the map for someone else.
- You can cancel a reservation at any time before paying by emailing us.
2a. Paying in crypto
- We accept USDT on TRON (TRC-20), USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20), USDT on Solana, bitcoin (BTC) and ether (ETH on Ethereum mainnet). Each has its own address on the payment page. Anything sent on another network, or in another coin, may be lost and we may not be able to return it.
- Send the exact amount shown. It is a little under the price so we can recognise your payment automatically. Bitcoin and ether amounts are worked out from the market rate when the payment page is opened and are valid for 60 minutes. If you send less, the block is not paid until the difference arrives.
- A crypto payment cannot be pulled back on the network, so every refund is a new payment from us to you. If something goes wrong — for example the pixels were released before your payment arrived — email us and we will refund to the address you tell us, or place your block somewhere else. Your 14-day right to cancel is in section 10.
- Transactions on these networks are public. We store the transaction id with your order.
3. What you are buying
A licence to display your picture at a fixed position on the page for as long as the page exists, and to have it point at a web address of your choosing. You are not buying the pixels themselves, any part of the company, or any security or investment.
4. The price rises as the page fills
The page is sold in five waves of one million pixels each: $0.10, then $0.20, $0.50, $1 and $2 a pixel as the page fills. The price shown when you reserve is the price on your payment link. Blocks we give away free, and blocks the site places itself (house blocks), fill the page but do not move the price and are never counted as sales.
5. Reselling on the marketplace
Owners who are signed in can offer a paid block to other people on the site’s marketplace.
- The price is fixed: a block always sells at the market price — the current price for new pixels times the block’s size. Sellers cannot set their own price, and the price follows the waves while the block is listed.
- Fee: we keep 10% of each resale. The seller receives the rest.
- When a block can be listed: 14 days after it was paid for (or bought on the marketplace), once the buyer’s right to cancel has run out.
- Paying the seller: we pay the seller 14 days after the sale, to the wallet or PayPal address in their account, once the new buyer’s right to cancel has run out. If the buyer cancels in that time, the block goes back to the seller and nothing is paid out.
- The buyer pays us, by card where offered or in crypto, and gets the block in their account once the payment is confirmed. The buyer can change its name and link until the page is sealed. The picture stays as it is.
- A block is worth only what the current price says. We do not promise that prices will rise, or that anyone will buy a listed block.
Any reselling ends when the page is sealed on 31 December 2026. After that date no ownership can transfer.
6. Your picture and your link
You confirm that you own or have permission to use whatever you upload, and that it follows our content policy. You keep ownership of your picture and give us permission to display, copy and archive it as part of the page, indefinitely.
7. We can remove things
We may remove any block, at any time, at our discretion, if it breaks the content policy or creates a legal or reputational problem. If we remove a paid block for breaking the policy, we do not refund it. If we remove one by mistake, we will put it back or refund you.
8. After the seal
This is the part people most often miss, so it is spelled out:
- No pixel can be bought, sold, edited or removed after 31 December 2026.
- Typos stay. Wrong dates stay. Pictures you regret stay.
- Links will eventually die. Domains lapse and sites close. We are not able to repair a link after the seal, and we do not promise that any link still works.
- Every pixel nobody claimed becomes landscape — grass and ocean.
9. About the 500 years
Five hundred years is what we are aiming at and working towards: offsite backups, copies placed with independent archives, published checksums, and money set aside to keep it online. It is a mission, and we will publish what we actually do. It is not a guarantee, and nobody can honestly give you one.
10. Changing your mind: 14 days, full refund
You can cancel a paid block within 14 days of paying, for any reason, and get back everything you paid. You do not have to explain why.
- How: email hello@500yearpage.com with your order number or the position of your block and say you want to cancel. You can use the form below, but you do not have to. Your message only has to be sent before the 14 days end.
- What happens: we take your block off the page, the pixels go back on sale, and we refund the full amount you paid within 14 days of receiving your message.
- How you get the money back: the same way you paid. Card payments are refunded to the same card. Crypto payments are refunded in the same coin on the same network, to the address you paid from unless you give us another one, and we pay the network fee. For bitcoin and ether we refund the same amount of coin you sent. You are not charged anything for the refund.
- If you used a discount code, the refund is what you actually paid.
- An unpaid reservation is not a purchase. You can cancel it at any time and there is nothing to refund.
After the 14 days, payments are not refunded, except as described in sections 2a and 7.

We run this carefully but we cannot promise the site is always available or error-free. Our liability to you is limited to what you actually paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
